P2P file sharing using GMAIL

Software has been released that essentially allows users to take advantage of GMAIL’s 2+GB of storage space for peer to peer (p2p) file sharing. There are disadvantage’s such as turning over your gmail login info to the group behind the web-based service (!!!!)    Send article as PDF

I found a post at slashdot that Google Talk is already live. Earlier in the day there was talk (sorry…) that they were using Jabber. It looks like this person has found a way to login with his Gmail address and password and is (using a jabber compatible client) logged in to Google Talk.    […]
