147 PLA models for the Toybox Alpha and Alpha Three, including a pocket Staunton chess set and board, checkers, dice, and holders for cards, cables, and a phone. Each file already sits on the bed. The printer envelope is 75 × 80 × 90 mm, and every part stays inside the shorter 74 mm axis so a turn in the app still fits.
PLA, 0.4 mm nozzle, about 0.2 mm layers, no heated bed, no supports. Slots and holes under about 2 mm are left out on purpose: this nozzle will not hold them open. Kitchen parts do not touch food. Nothing here is a car-seat, helmet, or medical part. These models have not been bench-printed on a Toybox. Measure the first part, then scale in the app if a bore is off. The spool axle is 18 mm inside and 32 mm outside because the hanger diameter is not published.

A light drag arm so a small spool stops coasting.
The slot grips a frame edge about 3 mm thick. Bend is not required; it sits as a leaf.

A C-clip that falls off when the wind gets small.
Clip it over the filament, not the hub. It drops free once the wind is under about 40 mm across.

A sleeve for the plastic scraper so the easy-peel sheet survives.
Slide it onto a flat scraper. The rounded nose meets the sheet before the bare plastic does.

A square with steps a fingernail can feel.
Regions are 0.6, 0.8, and 1.2 mm tall. If the short step is missing, the nozzle is too high.

Edge slots at 1.8, 2.0, and 2.2 mm.
A 0.4 mm nozzle cannot hold a true 1.75 mm slot open. These three slots tell you if a spool is fat enough to jam. Known-good 1.75 mm PLA should pass the middle and stop in the small one only if the slot printed tight.

Caps so steel jaws do not dent a PLA part.
Two shoes on one sprue. Slip them over the outside jaws before you measure a finished print.

A 20 mm cube with a 6 mm hole and a 3 mm boss.
Use it with the caliper protocol: outer size, hole, and boss. The hole is sized so a 0.4 mm nozzle can actually leave it open.

Strips at 0.6, 1.0, and 1.6 mm.
One, two, and three notches mark the thickness. Single-layer shims will not survive this nozzle, so the set starts at three layers.

A small try square for parts and for the bed.
Hold the outside of the L against the part. The inner corner is relieved so a fillet does not fake the reading.

A chunky screw you can turn with your fingers.
This is a classroom thread, not a metal M3 substitute. Pitch is about 4 mm so the nozzle can leave a ridge.
