There doesn't seem much new on this front, but... The register is talking about it., US-CERT says the exploit code is publicly available, although Microsoft says they're not aware of any attacks. And Secunia has an advisory (I'm not sure, I may have mentioned the Secunia advisory earlier.)



I'm not seeing any more updates than that, there are several workarounds mentioned in the Microsoft document. The easiest option might be to use Firefox for the time being. At least until Microsoft patches this. Who knows you might like it enough to keep it.

For that matter it can be quite handy to have more than one web browser on your system.
