The Mandrivaclub has a new Download MirrorFinder, it works much like easyurpmi to find sources of Mandrake RPM's (including plf). You have to be a club member to access it.
It looks like you can setup club contribution mirrors and club commercial mirrors this way too which should come in handy. All in all it looks like an improvement on dealing with the extra club sources and settin up main/contrib/plf mirrors as well for club members.
