I guess this is a sign that Google has made it, There is a class action suit against Google. According to Yahoo News (Reuters sourcing), a suit is filed that Google charged in excess of the daily budgets that were set for advertising. Google says it will fight the allegations strongly and there is no basis to them.

Google's Adwords program let's an advertisor pay per click on specific search terms. Additionaly, they allow an advertiser to set a daily budget for how much they're willing to spend each day. The lower limit is low enough to work into the marketing budgets of even the smallest sites and small businesses.

Google is reported as the largest internet advertiser and advertising is the major source of their revenue.
