http://www.iwebtool.com/visual_pagerank for instance is the Visual Pagerank tool and http://www.iwebtool.com/pagerank_prediction is the google pagerank prediction tool.
If you have a website or if you design sites, or even if you have a favorite site, these tools can be useful and interesting. There are tools that are certainly more webmaster specific *(to hide HTML code for instance) and then there's the standard fare of domain specific utilities. It's a good resource and deserving of being added to the links of useful sites.
